My tile adhesive doesn't stick to the backerboard in some parts. Why?

I am tiling my floor and I am using TEC Invision Tile Adhesive. When tiling, I er the back of the tile with the adhesive and then apply pressure as i place it to the floor. I make sure its stuck well into the backerboard and I let it dry for a good 24 hours. When i went back to the areas where i tiled i felt some shifting tiles and i pulled about 5 tiles up. These tiles had all of the adhesive to the back but not one drop of the adhesive even dried on the backerboard. The backerboard was completely dry and was just how it was when i started tiling. I am completely baffled on why this happened and I don't think ering the back of the tile has to deal with it because it is said to hold better. So why is my tile adhesive not sticking?? I did a whole bathroom doing the back-ering technique and i have had no problems until with this tile adhesive. I was using Ker 909 before and Type 1 tile adhesive.

At first i could only have a bowel movement barely twice a week but my poop was skinnier and and seemed irregular. the color was fine however. the doc said to drink more water and higher fiber diet. i used the laxative for about a week but it gave me diarhea (side effect of overuse) so i stopped that and proceeded to use the softener for a few more days than that. after about a week of the higher fiber/water diet, ive had 2 bowel movements in 2 days. they werent normal sized still but a little more normal looking. the thing that is still worrying me though is that when i wipe its a little mucus-like? sort of like caramel i guess? not alot but still it seems to always look like that and it cant be right. aside from that, i still feel bloated all the time to. sometimes i go the whole day without eating and i get a slight hunger pain then within minutes it goes away. ive gone up to almost 2 days doing this and still the same thing, not starving. my stomach is still slightly bulged when i figured it should probably be flat from not eating. I dont feel feverish, i dont get cramps or stomach pains, my blood work came back excellent and i dont feel overly tired. so i dont know what this could be. the only thing i can think of is a sports drink i drank about a week before this all happend called pure pro. 35g of protein and 80% calcium. i drank one of them one day after a workout then another the next day and i guess it says to split them into 5 to 7 supplements? but idk if thats what caused all this or not. 2 months is a long time to deal with this. i dont have insurance and im starting college in a few months so i want to exhaust every other option before racking up a big bill if it is nothing. my parents say im worrying to much but like i said, this has been goin on to long. somebody please help me..

Long story short, My parents are always saying how selfish I am and I dont appreciate things. Should I take Vicodin for my shingles/impetigo pain?

About a month ago I got shingles under my arm and the pain was HORRIBLE. They went away and about a week ago I thought I got them again and I just went to my doctor today and said that they aren't shingles but they might be impetigo. And they do hurt a lot but not as bad as the shingles did before. My doctor prescribed me Vicodin for the pain and I've been debating wether or not I should take them because they are very strong pain pills and I'm worry about addiction and withdrawls after taking them. I took Vicodin back in November and early December of 2010 after an oral surgery to remove my wisdom teeth. It worked great and I didn't have any withdrawls after taking them or addiction to them. I come from a family with very addicting genes in our blood line and my older brother got addicted to pain pills but he was taking them for no reason but to get high and feel good. In my case, it's to cure actual pain. My dad is against narcotics/drugs and he just had a heart attack and a surgery to remove his gaul bladder and his doctor prescribed him pain pills to recover. He refused to take them, yet he is an alcoholic and he decided to use alcohol to cure his pain and that didn't go well at all cause he fell down the stairs and basically cracked his head open from being drunk and dillusional. But anyway, I would like some opinions on my situation on wether or not I should take my Vicodin or not. The pain isn't to horrible and I can deal with it just hurts a lot when I lift my left arm. My doctor also prescribed me some oral anti-biotics which I don't have a problem with at all because those are needed. But yea, would it be smart for me to take my Vicodin? I live in Florida and Florida has the biggest drug and pill pushing doctors and that's been a very big problem lately here in Florida. But anyway I guess my case isn't such a big deal but I want to be safe and just make sure it's necesary for me to take my pain medication. Should I do it? Or should I not? Thanks! :)

I have finally picked the bits and pieces of facts out of it, and have finally located the person, and found his name. His name was William Henry Kington; (Kinton). They say he changed his name from Kinton to Kington, so I just put that in there. He lived in Stokes County, North Carolina. Born approximately 1827. Married Alicia (Delicia) Wilkins. He was a blacksmith. And died about during the Civil War. How will I be able to find out for sure that he was from England? I am trying to find evidence, but I am new to research in an area like this. My family has been here basically from the start of the United States, and I don't necessarily know how to research immigrant ancestors. Also, I cannot find him in any other records or censuses but the1850 census, so I think he probably came here about 1840-1849. His name likely would have been William Henry Kinton when we came over, because that's the stories his great-granddaughter told me, and also one of his daughter in laws, on her death certificate it said: Ruth Dunlap Kington; Kinton. It almost went out of the way to point that out. Would anyone be willing to give me some tips on researching, at least possible, English ancestors? Why we pay the government to not do their job?

I would like a legitimate answer as to why we pay taxes to a government to undeniably do nothing. Our government officials are paid compared to "Normal" consumers extremely well except for the fact they have no solution. They will give you a politically correct answer to the economy but not an actual solution. One thing that I personally find amusing is how they scoot around imigration. I am very open to say that our economy would be better with strict imigration laws. If I could personally go to a country get more benefits than the citizens that live there and work tax free then I would move in a heart beat. Anyone who is disguisted by that comment is blind. If you do not have a social then why pay taxes. The United States is based on making it big, the only problem is people are you just don't know it because according to our census they don't exist. If you are a day laborer you work tax free average $80.00 a day. You get $1,200.00 a month tax free, you get paid medical benefits (no wages you are at poverty level,average legal citizen at leat $300.00 a month) and food benefits (roughly $400.00 a month) plus discounts provided by the government for electrical, rent, etc. So if you look at it the United States will let you live with government istance around $2,500-$3,000 a month with no taxes withheld. Physical pains, unhappiness, lack of motivation...am I depressed?

I'm usure how to tell if I am depressed or what is wrong with me. It seems as if I am hardly ever in an actual -happy- mood. I smile occasionally, laugh rarely and never feel the need to please my loved ones. This doesn't sound like me at all. I used to love to smile and laugh and make others happy. But here recently...everything just seems so wrong. I'm never hungry, never want to go to work (I work graveyard shift at a 24hr grocery store), always zoned out, very unsociable except with my boyfriend. Bummer, but he probably has something to do with my unhappiness here in AR. Usually nightmare are a source from the devil. Best thing for you to do is not to think about your nightmares,try watching a funny movie. If things are getting worse to the point your frightened all the time then i advice you as a christian to ist church and get involved in prayers a lot. Shoulder Tendinitis Moving down my arm?

About a year ago, I was told I had tendinitis in my left shoulder due to being a hip hop dancer. No major issues have come about in the past year and usually just deal with the pain but lately it has been flaring up frequently and when i'm not even doing anything. Tips on Mid-Eighteenth century English immigrant research?

I have continued my research, and am now dealing with a story that has been ped down through generations in my family. I have finally picked the bits and pieces of facts out of it, and have finally located the person, and found his name. His name was William Henry Kington; (Kinton). They say he changed his name from Kinton to Kington, so I just put that in there. He lived in Stokes County, North Carolina. Born approximately 1827. Married Alicia (Delicia) Wilkins. He was a blacksmith. And died about during the Civil War. How will I be able to find out for sure that he was from England? I am trying to find evidence, but I am new to research in an area like this. My family has been here basically from the start of the United States, and I don't necessarily know how to research immigrant ancestors. Also, I cannot find him in any other records or censuses but the1850 census, so I think he probably came here about 1840-1849. His name likely would have been William Henry Kinton when we came over, because that's the stories his great-granddaughter told me, and also one of his daughter in laws, on her death certificate it said: Ruth Dunlap Kington; Kinton. It almost went out of the way to point that out. Would anyone be willing to give me some tips on researching, at least possible, English ancestors? Did my mom trick me in the deal? and what should I do?

My mom told me if I keep my room clean that I can get a haircut. And I really do NEED a haircut. However, she did not tell me how long I have to keep my room clean or when I can get the haircut. And today (about 3 weeks after this deal) while we were at walmart I saw the haircut place there and it was open. girls fake tan because they don't want to be pale but they don't want to damage theyre skin with real tanning. i only fake tanned one time and it looked bad o n me now i just tan naturally (sunbed sometimes and laying outside alot) a lot of guys hate it cause most of it makes you look orange!

we have a big shopping center in our inner city- it is one of those really weird things you will have diamond stores and some designers but you also are faced with poverty there are many homeless or just out of work people who are forced to beg. I want to help them but don't want to further a possible cycle of abuse by giving cash. I was thinking I would go buy a bunch of $10 mcdonalds giftcards so that they can have a meal- can't get cash to buy drugs or booze. There is also one homeless woman who I p each day. This is a revision of a previous question.. In summary, we met, talked, dated 2 weeks later, roke up because we rushe into things, got back together a month later, dated 4 nonstop loving and happy months, never fought, always laughed, always smiled, no bad at all, she made life more than just worth living, i gave up friends, a scholarship, and a few other things just so i could be home with her. I told her id support aything she did with my own money, help her in anyway, but our relationship was based on two main things : Love and Honesty. I was honest about everything except one thing. I lied to her when we first got together, I told her id never gotten far with another woman. Well, i cant handle lying. Im not a liar, im bad at it, I cant stand doing it, i just diddnt want her to think differently of me. I would have told her when things were great but i thought that would ruin things between us. She was an incredible girlfriend, gorgeous, sweet, funny, loving, and affectionate above all else. I was this as a boyfriend for 4 months, then the lies started to sink in. I need help with portion control!?

First off, I am not overweight and this isn't an issue of losing weight. I have always been a big eater, I never gain any weight. I stay right around 175. I'm eating myself into poverty. I eat large portions and it is killing my funds. A family sized hamburger helper meal will last me 1 setting. I eat 3 packets of oatmeal at a time. A pizza lasts me 1.5-2 meals. I just don't feel full unless I eat a lot. People keep telling me that grocery shopping is the most cost effective way to eat but with how I am consuming food, it just plain isn't. I'm not big on left overs and that probably leads to my overeating. I am looking for tips to tricking myself into feeling satisfied after eating less, that way I can save myself some cash and try eating a bit healthier as well. Thank you in advance for any advice!

A guy at work told me to hold my tongue?

Hello, first let me start from the beginning. I work at a store with a drive through, so if someone pes the speaker without ordering we call it a drive up. I am new to this store and someone said there was going to be a "pull through" so I said, do you mean a drive up? I wasn't even talking to this guy when he chimed in, "it's called a pull through here so get used to it Missy." I just ignored that comment but then later he was like my legs are really hairy. So I jokingly said, "You should shave your legs." that's when he told me to hold my tongue. I was completely shocked by this because I've never been treated like that. So for the rest of the day I just did my work and said as little as possible to him, only speaking when it was work related. Later when he was off he came up to the register I was working and was like, "I hope you didn't feel ostracized today with all the boys here having there conversations. I replied that it didn't bother me. Then as i was leaving he told me to have a good night, I said you to then left. How should I deal with boyfriend's dad?

Last night I was sitting in my boyfriend's room at his parents house (where he lives). We've been dating for 5 years, are in our late 20's, and often stay at each others places. His Dad came in and said "I have something to say to you" to me. My boyfriend's dad rarely speaks to me as he is German, works long hours and was never very involved in his children's life or the household. I was like "alright". He goes on to state that I need to show him more respect. He states that I do not properly greet him. That I should always be the first to say "hi", "bye", and "good morning" and that if he enters a room and I am reading (I read frequently), that I should put down my book and pay proper attention to him (but he rarely says anyhting to me). He often sits in a spare bedroom smoking and reading the paper and says that even if I do not see him when I first enter the home that I should search him out and say "hello". He was really harping on me to the point where I began to cry (I don't deal well with confrontation). My boyfriend sat there and said NOTHING the entire time. I was too upset to even apologize. Eventually he left and I questioned my boyfriend on what exactly the expectation of me is. The thing is I'm really not sure what is protocol when it comes to greeting other people. I've always just been casual and greeted people when I see them and sometimes they may greet me first. I really didn't think this was "something:". He said I "irk" him and have for the past five years. I am very shy/quiet and sensitive. I was raised in a home where we were taught to show proper respect to others. this is just a pure example of "you never know what you have until it's gone." I would just give him time and space. If he really loves you and wants to be with you, he will realize it just like you and find a way. There's really nothing else you can do. You were supposed to go to counseling and he said he didn't want to. My boyfriend and i went through a big break up in feb and it took him a month to realize he wanted to see a counselor with me. Tanning Problems ... how can I get a nice glow?

If you are outside and active (do exercises in the full sun then you will be getting toned and tan at the same time) all the time then you will get darker. ANYTHING- pills, tanning beds, lotions, spray tans, and all of the other things people do to get tanned is REALLY BAD for you!!! it could give you cancer, skin problems, or something else in the future so i would suggest to not do anything like that. I would rather have white skin than have cancer and fight for my life. Try to be in the sun more often!

How do you deal with a racist Mother in Law?

my mother in law is from mexico and hardly speaks alot of english. I married her son who speaks fluent english and spanish. She has always been nice to me but I came to find out that her niece got killed by a her black baby's father 8 years ago. This has made her despise african american people. I am African American and I can understand spanish when it is spoken. She has asked me to look for her a new house in Chicago and im unfamiliar to any of the areas but whatever looked nice I set up interviews with a real estate agent. We went to a house and she saw one black person and she just starred and when we got in the car she was telling my husband/ her son in spanish "hell no im not moving here this is the black neighborhood, i never wanna live around these people all they do is steal and they cant be trusted." It hurts me because I am african american and 8 months pregnant and I don't want her putting in our daughters head that being black is bad. Honestly some of the black people here are "GHETTO" and it upsets me because I hate that's what Im ociated with. We went to the mall and there was 2 black girls being loud and ghetto in the bathroom cursing and being just rude!! I didn't leave the stall but when they left a latina and a white lady was talking about how black people have no manners and going on and on about how they are tearing the city apart.
