Does anyone Know an Address Of a poor Orphanage Maybe In another country?

I want to encourage a child. Just in life in general. I want to do so by letter. But, if you don't know where you're supposed to send your letter, what good is it!? Obviously, It would have to be a child that speaks English..And who can read and write..I understand their is poverty In the U.S. But still, where do I send my letter? There is more poverty and orphanages in Other countries..but because I would be writing..It puts limits..I would Prefer A poor orphanage.. for the reason of writing the letter.. Plus, If it was a more "upscale" Orphanage.. Or "Big-named" A child Most likely wouldn't get my letter..And I don't know how to go about that..
