Well if you wanted to start out like the other person, you could pull up a picture of a mosquito and give facts about malaria. like how many people it kills or affects. you can also state that people with African decent are more likely to have Sickle Cell Anermia than a white person. People with Sickle Cell Anemia are not affected by malaria so it helps and hurts them. i hope that helps you and gives some ideas to build off of. good luck
