Where can I get a loan with my credit score/history....?

Hi I have a credit score between 687 and 702 depending on which credit reporter. Im currently in a financial stump where im moviing and dont have $3500 to put down at the moment. In two months I will financially be back on track and have a very good amount of extra money each month left over, just right now im basically living off each paycheck. I've been building my credit for about a year now, my credit score would be higher but i was a little naive in the beginning thinking anyone would give me a credit card to start off with so i had quite a few inquiries. I have 2 $500 credit cards and I just paid off a loan i had for $1000. I always pay my cards off in full and i have never missed a payment. My husband is in the army and combined we make around $3915.00 a month. That might not seem like a lot, but all we pay is rent, utilities, car payments, food and phones leaving us $2225 a month. I tried getting a loan from my credit union but they said that i havent had credit long enough so i need a cosigner. I cant have a cosigner because well i dont know anyone who could. My husbands family is horrible with credit, im not close with my family and alot of my friends dont deal with the whole credit thing. Is there any place who would give me a chance?
