Is Canada better than America?

Canada is great, but neither country is "better," it's a matter of preference. Canada is mostly a vast, unpopulated expanse of land, which appeals to many people. You should keep in mind that Toronto is as different from New York as San Fransisco is. You should pick the city you live in based on its individual characteristics, not what country it's in. I would be careful to "ize" Canada though. It has its share of problems just like any other country.
