If liberals care so much about poor people, why do they make it so hard for the poor to escape poverty?

Without the poor, there would be no need for liberals. Poor people have to be kept down so the liberals can take from the middle cl and give a few alms to the poor, then stick their puny, shrunken chest out and say "I care" then run back to the fern bar for a spritzer
