Has the palestinian birth rate destroyed palestine?

with the palestinians averaging 8 kids per woman - similar to somalians and pakistani birth rates, they have increased their own poverty levels by reproducing without any thought even to their means of supporting their kids financially(doubling every ten years). this means that now with 8 million palestinians how can tiny israel ever accommodate them without destroying itself? In relative terms that would mean the USA accepting 290 million refugees? Would america be willing to do that?
